Fastest Way to Lose Weight - This Works

If you are looking for the fastest way to lose weight, then you need to cheat! Yes cheat! Every few weeks your body will get used to your new routine, and then slow down the burn of calories. It gets very efficient, so you need to fool it a bit to get things burning again. Here is one great way, that got my scale moving again, when I hit a plateau. Switch up your meals. The fastest way to lose weight for me, was to switch my dinner for lunch and my lunch for dinner. Sounds easy.. and you may think, so what does this do for you? If your weight loss facts are out-of-date, how will that affect your actions and decisions? Make certain you don't let important weight loss information slip by you.
I discovered this when staying with family. They ate their bigger meal at midday, (British background) and then a much lighter meal in the evening. I tried to stick to good choices for the meal, but it was still a larger meal, with protein, carbs, veggies and even a dessert. For dinner we ate soup and salad, and a boiled egg.. I was full and was sure I was going to gain weight, but we were active during the afternoons, and I guess we just burned it off. I actually LOST weight that week. A light bulb went off in my head, and I decided to try this at home. It can take some organizing, if you need to take your larger meal to work, but it can be done. Even just office walks and routines, must be enough to burn off some extra calories from that bigger meal, because I did lose some more weight. I am not a super active person in the evening, as a matter of fact, I like my TV shows, so I was still satisfied with a light "dinner". This was the fastest way to lose weight for me.
